I was on the phone with Netgear techs, my internet provider techs even tried to set it up with my system but it still wouldn't work. I don't think the product is defective, I think my system might be. LOL Unfortunately I had to return the system.

It subsequently was dented on arrival. Without opening the wrap I sent an image to the seller and asked for a return. As a Steelbook collector I don’t collect dented steelbooks when described and paid for as new. Seller offered me 10 dollars off - I declined and for 3 days have been asking for the seller to approve the return and no response. I would avoid this seller.
