She told me the pictures were good enough (disagree as the close up of the toe in one picture, you cannot see the delamitation. He did not give us the opportunity to come to a fair resolution. All details of the sneakers were presented in the pictures in the listing and the listing clearly states to ask all questions before purchasing. We strive on doing great business and making our customers happy. But unfortunately, "bruces1111" did not give us the opportunity to do so before he left negative feedback.
