He purposely sells PCGS slab with NFC marking, but the NFC is not working so there is no way to guarantee the slab or coin has not been tinkered with or is genuine or if the slab is fake. Had to get Ebay to help with this. I sold to him the coin is slab by pcgs and all in good condition, real coin slab no damage and any other issue so since he can't accept the partial refund I offer to him, I ask he open return and I accepted, since when eBay step in for help? liar
