They shipped me out another one FedEx and ask that I return the first one whenever it arrived. Thanks to them sending the second one I was able have the proper equipment in time to give my presentations. Projector that I did use. Appeared to be practically new and worked perfectly. I would definitely buy from this seller in the future. Thank you PCWERKS.
