I do not have the box to return this bumper as it is unexceptionable what can be done to resolve this issue??

Right after installation, oil started mixing with the coolant. There was an internal leak, likely from the oil cooler inside the radiator, which caused serious contamination in the cooling system. This isn’t just a small issue. It could lead to major engine damage if not caught early. I’ve installed radiators before and this one was clearly bad out of the box.
