It wasn’t until I filed a claim with the post office that I received a call back next day and they said it wasn’t delivered on the tracking date shown but was rescanned a week later and should be in my mailbox. I told her I had already contacted her post office and recommended she follow up with them. She later informed me that the post office said the item had been "re"delivered to her mailbox on 5/28 (the day AFTER I called them), so maybe I did help after all?
