But, this was my first time buying directly from them. & I'm quite disappointed as the packing that was done at a cost of $13US ($20AU) P&H was just a blu-ray sitting loose in a deep box with no padding of any sort. So, it was just bouncing around loose in the box the entire trip from US to Aust. I won't buy direct from them again. Especially, since I'd heard this complaint from a couple blu-ray YT channels.
