Card was taped to the inside of a mailer in just a penny sleeve. First off just trying to get it out of the envelope was hard then I finally free the card and it’s taped shut with what looked like painters tape but which proved impossible to get off. It is painters tape which means it pulls off without a problem, just slice it open. The take is there so the card won't slide out of the packaging. This is card is 99 cents. I do use top loaders and safety for higher valued cards, but a card at .99 gets a penny sleeve as it says in the add. It is mailed in a rigid mailer and secured to package with a sticker that says "do not bend". We take all the care in the world to keep costs low and as much protection

I open the mailer and the card is in a penny sleeve (no toploader) just taped to the inside of the mailer with tape across the top of the card. At least it was painters tape. I wanted to preserve the mailer, so it was quite the chore getting the card out. I ended up bending the card getting it out of the mailer. It’s not a huge card, just need it for my Heritage complete set, but holy cow. Use a toploader next time
