    God of War III is the final game in the God of War trilogy. This game starts off immediately where the second game ended, with Kratos climbing Mt. Olympus. The single-player campaign will last around 15 hours for gamers who want to see and do everything. The God of War III: Ultimate Edition packs in a number of additional items that hardcore gamers will love. Like the previous games, this title was developed and published by Sony.The action in God of War III is similar to the past games. Using the Blades of Exile, you will carve your way through mythological enemies. Everything from skeletons and minotaurs to Hercules himself will feel your wrath. You can chain different attacks together to form a combo. These combos let you deal more damage and stun your enemies. You will also learn an array of new magic spells to help you on your quest. These spells give you new abilities such as summoning the souls of the dead to attack an enemy. You'll acquire three additional weapons during your quest, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Abilities and items from the previous video game, such as the Golden Fleece, are unlocked at the start. You can use your rage to destroy any god in your path. When the rage meter is full, unleash it to deal additional damage to a foe.Your adventure is confined to Olympus, though this mountain has a large variety of places. You'll travel through dense forests and a sprawling temple on your way to fight Zeus. Each level holds an array of secrets for gamers who are diligent in exploring. These secrets include in-game bonuses such as more health and magic. You can also unlock bonus material, such as behind-the-scenes footage and extra skins for Kratos that change his appearance and powers. Since it's on the PS3, God of War III is a huge graphical improvement over God of War II. Character models feature more detail, and the blood and gore have never looked more gruesome. God of War III takes full advantage of the PlayStation 3 and has no slowdown or lag.The Ultimate Edition for God of War III features physical and digital items. A sculpted replica of Pandora's Box is a perfect replica of the one found in the title. Pandora herself would approve of the fine detail etched into the side of this item. This special edition also includes a hardcover art book. This art book collects interviews and sketches from the various games. There are five digital items available through the PlayStation Network. The Dominus digital download code gives you a new skin for your character. The Combat Arena offers seven more levels of content. You'll receive a video discussing the franchise as a whole. You'll also receive two soundtracks. One is a heavy metal homage to the music of God of War III, while the other is an exclusive collection of music from all three titles.
