The two plastic cones do not fit this model tire changer, too small. I made them a bit bigger with a die grinder but that took quite a bit of careful grinding, testing the fit, and grinding some more.

I took pictures and initiated a return. The seller offered me a partial refund of $90 that I declined. However, after looking through everything, I put it together anyway and everything was straight and in the correct position. I was only missing 2 concrete anchors. I then asked the seller for a partial refund of $20, and they sent me the $90 anyway! Great seller!
