Overall, fast shipping, great packing, a charging cable is included, and all phones were fully functional and unlocked, albeit with some areas of heavy scuffing and scratches (which the seller describes). Thank you!

While this particular transaction wasn't a satisfactory one, the seller was great in rectifying the issues I had.
