I couldn't initiate a return because eBay starts the return immediately whether you have the item or not. I ended up buying 2 others, one which had the same exact shipping issue, also from China. I asked for the seller to cover return shipping costs due to the error on their end and they only offered a $1.5 refund. It's not a big item, but it wasn't sufficient. Disappointed.
