I messaged the seller asking that I send it back for a refund. The seller refused. I requested a refund through eBay’s system. The seller accepted at this point, but did not provide a return shipping label. I had to ask eBay to step in and they quickly gave me the refund. Accidents happen. The seller refused to investigate why the item had not been delivered, and overall was uncooperative when I sent a request.
