  I was excited about receiving this item. Unfortunately, the contents were full of debris. This issue was not disclosed in the photos or description. The seller was flippant and dismissive, insisting this did not require mentioning and, worse, should be expected. I have never received an item in such foul condition. The only thing more annoying than receiving a falsely advertised item was dealing with this seller’s complete lack of professional awareness and inability to understand the situation.

  This is the entirity of what I said...it wasn't meant to be flippant or dismissive. "In my experience, the perfume in many of these old, vintage bottles doesn't smell very nice any more and sometimes includes debris. Sorry if you wanted me to describe the actual perfume, not just the bottle and box!"

  The above reply aptly proves my point. She still does not comprehend that it is the seller’s responsibility to disclose any glaring issues, either via photos, the description, or both. She did neither and described the item as “lovely” which it certainly wasn’t. It isn’t up to the buyer to expect that “x, y, or z” could be wrong with an item, especially when the photos and description paint a completely different picture. This seller is grossly incompetent at best and utterly dishonest at worst.
