The item was as described, well packed and dispatched quickly. My only issue was with DHL who gave an earlier delivery date than requested which caused some reorganisation on my part, and then they failed to arrive. However, the seller provided sufficient photos to make a pretty good judgement, and positive feedback from others makes me feel confident (🤞!). I can say for sure that Karen and Richard have been extremely helpful in organising the delivery for me, and their communication really has been second to none. Thank you both very much.
