Very intuitive to use. My Corgi has learned to bark "softly" at home most of the time. When she gets excited the Bark Guard comes in handy. Price was exceptional!

But after contacting the seller, they sent the missing pieces quickly and everything is whole. Mistakes happen and all we can ask is good customer service in those instances, and my experience was overall a positive one.
