I would’ve lost suction but I am fortunate enough to own one of the original 1200 W twin speed. Henry’s and there is no discernible loss of suction over the five meter length of hose. I can now reach all the way up my stairs without having to unplug Henry and carry it all the way up the stairs just to do the top three steps, it was a good purchase  would recommend this products and this seller delivered on time good communication
