When it was packaged they put the monitor base in with it and mess the screen up. Also plugging everything in to see if there's any other issues and the tower will not come on. It has power but it won't fully turn on. You know the advertise as refurbished on the listing and some minor use. Not a box of garbage. The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller
