Oscilloscope was very carefully packaged, unit arrived fast and in very good condition for its age and works well. Was a little worried that it was being sent through Aramex couriers, whom I've had some unpleasant experiences with but it all worked out in the end. Definitely saved me a bundle compared to blowing $5000 on a new equivalent! Many thanks!

Despite an easy and honest mistake in item description, all queries were responded to promptly and in a manner to keep the purchaser happy with product and price. So rare to have things dealt with customer as priority these days and honestly renews faith in companies truely taking care of customers.
