Sales rep return to my original email inquiry promptly and with obvious that he was experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BNR to anybody in need of a replacement or performance alternator. The only downside which is no fault of BNR, was the eBay international shipping from USA to Canada having to go through eBay Depot
