Seems to be worth the value and is blue in appearance. Every component appears to be labeled and is soldered onto the PCB with professional quality. The only negative thing I can think of is the fact that due to it's small size and how tight the cartridge port is on a Vic-20, it is rather difficult to remove once it is secured in the cartridge port.
