When brought to the sellers attention they became aggressive, and shamed me for attempting my own repair with no attempt at a possible resolution. Straight to blaming our part thinking it is a user plug and play replacement. There is only ONE jack for this model. It can ONLY be replaced if the old one is de-soldered and then the new one solder by a trained technician. We have sold hundreds of these on all our platforms without a single problem. Buyer is too stubborn. THIS is a seller beware buyer situation. ALL SELLERS AVOID THIS BUYER AT ALL COSTS !!!

It is very important that you physically verify yours is the same appearance as ours including the inside configuration. The outside appearing side usually looks the same for all of them, but not inside. This is more due diligence than the manufacturer does on their own site.
