Later found out I didn’t need them, fortunately, but when I contacted seller to request a return, I was 2 days outside of the 30 day return window. Seller denied my request to return the items which was certainly his choice to do so. However, he also had the choice to accept the return, too, as others did. I would not rate this seller well for customer service and will not buy from again for this reason. First, you asked for a return and said you would understand if we couldn't accept it. After we declined the return, your tune changed and tried to extort us with a less than stellar review, which we don't accept and report. Policies are in place to protect buyers and sellers- good CS does not mean breaking these policies, esp when the onus is on you to take initiate the return.
