Therefore , the items were shipped to an old address. The seller said it was MY FAULT, so no solution was offered! But, they were paid on my credit card!

I understand some allowance for shipping but they were way too low especially the shampoo, you could do a full squeeze of the sides all the way touching together and still had nothing rise to the top. Bottles were not in original packaging only had packing tape to hold the spouts in place from leaking. I don’t like to complain but it sure looked like they skim product off these bottles and then sell them. I’m disappointed.
