I wanted to return two separate purchased items together in one parcel (that were delivered together in one parcel originally) rather than be forced to return separately as per the automated eBay returns process a pay return shipping costs twice. Very poor communication and customer service.

However, I have not received lower control arms ordered separately but shortly before these parts were ordered. I was charged for both orders separately but the orders shared the same shipping tracking number and only one of the two items ever were delivered. I emailed but still waiting for response back.

My only observation would be to inform the customer that they'll be shipping this kit in two separate shipments to avoid questions. I received a box and my items said delivered and showed the picture with four shocks, but only two were in the box. The customer does not know that another box is on the way, so it leads to inquiry and a bit of skepticism at first. But Bold was great to work with.
