I wanted a completely straight periotome and this looked every bit from the photo shown that it was. Nowhere in the description did it mention a bayonet bend in the tip of the instrument. Had there been a side view photo of the item, anyone looking at it would know it had a bend in the tip. Some people want that - most people don't.
