But I VOLUNTARILY CHOSE not to message seller and didn't ask them to replace cord or for any refund. & With new cord I bought, it works wonderfully, and I'm very happy with my laptop! Just cost $30 more than expected! A+ overall!

The laptop was securely packed in bubble wrap, is meticulously clean, and works perfectly. On my doorstep two days after purchasing it. I was not expecting the CPU to react quickly like new, but there is no lag time after a click. Needed a Windows based laptop to program my amateur radios and this more than fits the bill. Outstanding seller too! Five stars!
