Sure enough, I missed a detail in the specs I thought it had. I asked if they could cancel the order even with a restocking fee. They kindly cancelled the order, refunded me for it with no fee or hassle and led me in the direction of a product that may suit me better. Will do Business with them again, Honest and Fair Sellar. 👍🙏
- y***d (4)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufI know it's not intentional because the first server I purchased from this seller worked flawlessly, but this new one came with a set of issues that makes it unstable: iDrac is not responding, drive are failing during initialization, and of course, since iDrac is disabled, there is no way to control the server and the fans speed, which makes it a quite noisy, expensive toy :) However, the seller has quickly responded, and a replacement could be made. I will wait for a solution.
