I do wish the seller had provided a second piece of cardboard to protect the pack during shipping. When it arrived, it was bent from center to corner at a diagonal angle and the one piece of cardboard provided had a matching crease. The pack is pressing nicely under some heavy books, so I'm not mad at the seller. I just want them to improve their service in future.
