Given the secure packaging, it unlikely damaged in transit. Seller doesn’t accept returns, so I now have to replace the replacement—costing more time and money. The shredded filler was also very messy to unpack and dispose of. This could’ve been a fair buy, but the damage and lack of disclosure makes for a frustrating experience.
