The TT face-lift plate came with pitch trim and also a free complimentary Deck Head's slip-mat (not pictured) which in my opinion shows they actually care about thier customers and want you to return. Oh and I also bought a Tone Arm rest clip on another purchase which is perfect. Brilliant service!!

It arrived well packaged and in a plastic stylus case and in a good quality box so it arrived in superb condition. For the price it exceeded my expectations.
