Already have a couple of these - great little thermometers for data logging. Battery lasts ages if you only use the bluetooth for downloading logs. Many thanks.

The seller advised me to open a dispute with eBay as it would be quicker but eBay found in favour of the seller. The seller responded by acknowledging my plight and sent me out a replacement item. A rare occurrence these days. I can’t thank them enough. Their communication was excellent throughout the whole stressful process. I will definitely order from them again.
