Quality is good, it came in good condition just came in wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap which concerned me at first but nope it was fine. It is my first hand held since the ds when I was a kid and its definitely worth the value. I am also just a big fan of the white color of the psp, it has such a nice appearance and I paired them with some white clip on headphones too, Overall, definitely get yourself a psp.
