Had struggled getting a tap top off and had tried all the tricks on Youtube. Saw this gismo in one of the videos, bought it thinking I'd probably still have to call a plumber out - and the top came off in my hands, easy as anything. Can't recommend this enough.

TapMagician was the first seller of such things that I tried on ebay and I have never had reason to change. The advice on their website and here is very helpful (plumbing is a bit of a maze), prices are good, dispatch and delivery always very quick. I have just ordered another of the valves to which this review applies.
