Seller did not want to replace. offered to ship back at my expense, seller said to be happy with what I had. He replaced pads cracked in shipping but not rotor. If all shops told me that groove in pic is bad machining and you say all your rotors look like that, then you have a quality control problem at that shop. One rotor was fine. Every rotor we have in stock has the same machining. The buyer was comparing these factory rotors with aftermarket rotors and even junk yard rotors. I suggested he return the entire kit for a refund if he was not satisfied but he chose to keep them. If you buy something online and you aren't satisfied your best option is to return it. It seemed like a money grab to me so beware of this buyer.
