The only issue I had was the description clearly said HID, but it in fact did not accept my 2019 Blazer HID bulb and there was no box on the side. If you have a “4 tab” slot for your blazer HID bulb, this is not the right part! It is only a “3 tab” (see photos) however, I was able to return the item with full refund!
