I requested a refund and they told they don't refund purchases and actually told me to close the request. When I told them I wasn't going to, they offered to refund the shipping cost. Caveat emptor. The stuff doesn't work and the seller could not care less. Check the photo. That's 4 airbrushed coats on white acrylic

Beyond their excellent customer service, the items arrived exactly as pictured in sturdy packaging. The shipping cost was very reasonable and was delivered ahead of schedule.
