Seller denied my request to return the items which was certainly his choice to do so. However, he also had the choice to accept the return, too, as others did. I would not rate this seller well for customer service and will not buy from again for this reason. First, you asked for a return and said you would understand if we couldn't accept it. After we declined the return, your tune changed and tried to extort us with a less than stellar review, which we don't accept and report. Policies are in place to protect buyers and sellers- good CS does not mean breaking these policies, esp when the onus is on you to take initiate the return.
