Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, but they gave me a full refund quickly, the same day they received it. Even though I didn't keep the item, the seller's service was excellent. As a recommendation, I suggest sending the toner separately so the printer box doesn't take up any empty space.

I was surprised that the used toner cartridges were included and simply shipped in a bubble wrap bag. The toners had all spilled out heavily and it was quite a mess. Luckily i was able to clean up the cartridges and the printer is working properly.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

It was listed as "good" but I would say it's at least "Very good." The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
