She sent me pics of the doll posed with her other dolls, there is no damage, the doll is perfect and beautiful. I guess I can't make everyone happy but I really do try my best.

Her hairdo is also quite lovely. The doll was protected by tissue paper and a carboard tube and was shipped in a bubble mailer. She arrived in beautiful condition and is just as described. The price and shipping were marvelous, and I was given a refund for multiple items. I am thrilled with the beautiful doll and the excellent service.
