Thanks i can go back to towing things now without any problems.

The manufacturer supplied hardware that was same as the vehicle, but welded nuts to the bumper support that were incorrect. A thin piece of foam on each end of the box was all that protects the chrome. Bumper was demted on both sides by the time it reached me.
