I know it just by the entire buying process!! Totally recommend this seller! The package arrived in 2 deliveries, and the frame was boxed. NO complaints!!

In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. The assembly instructions included clear pictures and text of the parts and hardware to be used in the assembly process which took less than an hour for both chairs. The tools needed for assembly were included. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you!
