Per the seller, they have never received the return from USPS and had to file a claim. In the interim, we paid for a part twice are still out close to $100, two months later. This is an issue between the seller and USPS and yet we are paying the price. Yes, USPS dropped the ball, your words. We did not cause any of the issues. You ordered with the incorrect address the first time and we shipped to that address.. But now you feel its appropriate to leave us NEGATIVE feedback when we clearly stated once the USPS claim is processed and they refund us. We would refund you.
