Had to rebuy the part, and received it. But after four months still no refund for the duplicate payment and seller has not been answering my messages anymore. Living on a fixed income this has been quite a hardship for me. Yes, USPS dropped the ball, your words. We did not cause any of the issues. You ordered with the incorrect address the first time and we shipped to that address. There wouldn't have been an issue if you put the correct address first. But now you feel its appropriate to leave us NEGATIVE feedback when we clearly stated once the USPS claim is processed and they refund us. We would refund you.
