What was listed as NEW turned out to be a previously opened unit, (inside the box the packaging was stuffed down one side of the contents and the ties were already undone)., with much damage and several missing parts. After a couple of months the seller finally sent replacements for the broken parts

Fortunately, it appears that no damage occurred to the product. I have made several previous purchases from this seller. Each purchase has gone very smoothly. I would do future business with seller.
