Which I don't know if you can blame the seller or not, cause they always say they have a warehouse and a packet and shipping department. The seller does reply within a day or two. The question is, would I do business in the future with this company? The shipped communicated with me that they would ship both boxes. They arrived on time. I received both boxes the same day. They look great and feel strong. I am very satisfied with the product and very pleased with the price. All in all I'd say this is a very good seller.
