THe seller refunded me $10. I don't think it was their fault, so this was MORE than fair. I feel good about leaving this seller positive feedback. It's not a perfect world. THere's no way to know what kind of after market stuff is getting sold at the parts store. I still recommend this seller, and this is the 2nd alternator I've rebuilt.
