Overall quality of sound is very good, there is a lot of options when you get into the app and trying a multitude of tones. I do agree with comments that the app itself can be overwhelming at first, but you can navigate it pretty quickly. I have put my presets in and can play them without the app any time which is great. Very happy with the seller and the product.

This will be a great practice amp and I am looking forward to tweaking the settings. But, out of the gate it is a very playable, nice-sounding little amp with some punch.

When we opened up the box, there was the center grill grate broken and soon as I contacted the seller, they immediately replied to me, within 5 minutes and gave me 2 options and I wanted a replacement and they immediately ordered a new one and it was sent within 3 days.
