Beyond their excellent customer service, the items arrived exactly as pictured in sturdy packaging. The shipping cost was very reasonable and was delivered ahead of schedule. This is a very good high-quality product. Well packaged, speedy delivery, fair priced and no issues and as stated 'like new' on the listing and photographs.
