Shipping was super-speedy and the pen arrived very well-packaged and as described. The pen's convertor was an old fashioned 'squeeze' one (rather than the current 'twist' ones which come with a capless). It might have been good to photograph or mention that but as I use cartridges, this is no problem for me. The packaging was bullet proof and despite a problem with UPS the second delivery by FedEx was really quick. I cannot thank Regina enough for her good communications, friendly contact, professionalism and impeccable sense of customer service. You can have absolute confidence in this seller.

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Bei der Zustellung durch UPS gab es Probleme. Dadurch verzogerte sich alles und die Ware kam nicht pünktlich. Ich weiß, bei HERMES und DHL läuft es auch nicht besser. aber man ärgert sich ja doch.
